The Playlist That Keeps Me Going
Regardless of your fitness level or ability as a runner, a good playlist makes every work out seem more than a little bit easier. I actually can’t quite imagine a run without my music – the sound of my feet on the ground makes me tired. (I probably don’t have a bright future as a marathon runner, but I’m very ok with that. I LOVE running just for fun, especially when it doesn’t matter how fast I go!) When I have a great playlist it is far easier for me to workout, and since I believe regular exercise is imperative to intentional living, I guess that makes a playlist imperative too!
